Hooligan Race Format:
The Hooligan Race involves teams of 1-4 persons constructing their own floatable craft (Anything that's not a boat that floats) navigating the river from Big Drop to the end of the course. Crafts will be released 1 at a time and winners will be determined by our pannel of Judges. Judges will determine the winner based on the creativity and presentation of the craft, the successful navigation of Big Drop, Style, and any other criteria they deem appropriate. Therefore, the Winner of the Hooligan Race is not the fastest down the course, but the one that provides the most entertainment while successfully navigating the river.

Important Craft Construction Information:
No Wood or furniture will be allowed in the construction of the craft.
Nothing Sharp, Offending, or irretrievable will be allowed
Your Team is Responsible for retrieving the entire craft from the water and off-site disposal
Teams must present their craft for a safety inspection with their entire team prior to the race. Teams are encouraged to present their craft early for inspection in case any repairs must be made prior to the race. Safety inspection personnel may deem ANY craft unsafe at their discrestion.
